Bantug Lake Ranch has full-grown fruit trees and an organic garden where we grow culinary herbs and vegetables. We produce our own organic fertilizer and we are subsequently looking at make our operations integrated and sustainable while keeping everything environmentally sound. Among our future plans is to be able to serve our organic produce as main ingredients in our exciting dishes to complete a farm to table setting.
Here at Bantug Eco-Farm, everything we grow is natural and chemical-free. We create our own concoctions that result in sustainable natural agricultural practices. We make our own flowering solutions, insecticides, pesticides, and fertilizers. We grow herbs and vegetables that we sell and also use in our restaurant, such as Calamansi, Lemon, Tarragon, Lavender, Gynura recombens, Celery, Basil, Mint, Peppermint, Red Lady Papaya, lettuce, Red and Green rapids, Cabbage, and Pumpkin.
To complete our integrated farm operations, we grow farm animals in one area of our expansive property. So far, we have native chickens and pigs, all grown naturally. We are also selling organic eggs. We have employed procedures so that the poultry and piggery do not hamper the experience of our resort guests.
